That being said, they sure like to try. Be it in adult or in any other field.
No country follows the U.S. laws but the FBI sure has an office where I live (Vancouver). I don't want to go in details on a public board but I have known individuals that have had their offices busted by the RCMP while FBI agents where on scene. That tells me that nothing would stop them from busting someone they would really want but that would have to be major and having sloppy record keeping for 2257 which isn't even applicable here wouldn't cut it.

They won't have a warrant just for sloppy record keeping. If you can't go back in the U.S., it's because you really messed up.
