I don't give a shit what they come up with if they are not answering my emails now. if they suck at support now, how will they ever manage "the bigger and better" stuff they come up with later? plus they are coming up with that new stuff for quite some time. do you ignore your webmasters while you are developing new stuff? sure, but don't come crying when you'll only be left with your most loyal naive ones.
