When you first start working out, a lot of it is trial and error. What may work well for someone else may not work for you.
Back/shoulders on one day seems like a lot. I'd split it up so you have chest/tris and back/bi's
Also, get rid of the abs day and do abs every day. And start off each work out with a 10 min warmup.
