no best workout would be alternate on days...
example:
monday wed fri = arms(bicepts.tricepts) bench(if u do bench)
tues thurs and sat(if u workout weekends) - legs and abs
sunday off...use to be my schedule..now i just do arms and abs...a shitload of abs for me..love my ripped stomach
