I have a non-adult site selling products. We have an internet merchant account and use goemerchant.com as our credit card processing company. But recently we got quite several chargeback and seems their fraud control isn't very good. Could anyone suggest any good company do credit card process? (I know iBill does, but I want to know more options).

One more question about Address Verification System: if someone uses a stolen credit card number of an US owner and inputs a foreign bill address, will AVS check if the card number and address match? This is really happened to us and goemerchant.com approved that transaction! Anyone has any comment on it?
