IS Teresa Heinz Kerry is a LIAR?
Teresa Heinz Kerry spoke freely Sunday night, when she told Pennsylvania delegates, "We need to turn back some of the creeping, un-Pennsylvanian and sometimes un-American traits that are coming into some of our politics."
McNickle (the reporter) asked her what she meant by "un-American activity."
"No, I didn't say that, I did not say 'activity' or 'un-American,'" responded Heinz Kerry, who walked away briefly before returning to ask McNickle if he was with the Tribune-Review.
"Yes, I am," McNickle replied.
"Understandable," Heinz Kerry said. "You said something I didn't say. Now shove it!"
The reporter did restate Mrs. Heinz-Kerry's commentary as "un-American ... uh, er, activities" when her statement did in fact state "un-American traits" ... she, however, adamantly denied ever saying the term "un-American" (she barely pronounced the word "um, um, un-Pennsylvanian," also included in her diatribe. Later, I heard her response, "Shove it!," as she herself shoved her way to find the trapped reporter and wag her finger as a warning to anyone who would question her! Why not simply behave like an heiress and not an ugly spoiled teen?
