Kansas City MO is VERY cheap and a nice, pretty city. But it's sort of slow there and VERY far from the ocean. I'm on the other side of the state in St. Louis.
Whatever you do, don't move here. There's a good chance you'll never get out, really. It's like some strange vortex or something.
