My credit card has been charged but my passcodes are not working. I sent an Email to Billingservice:
- They replied they refreshed my passcodes and it would work now.
It's not working.
I phoned Billingservice:
- The idiot who answered was making me feeling like he was in a rush and I was waisting his time. He offered me to cancel my membership. What a fucking moron.
I sent an Email to PureCash. No choice.. There is NO email to reach them on their paysite.
It's been 3 days now: No answer from them, no access and my card has been charged.
Now, with this kind of service, no wonder why chargebacks are killing us. I am not impressed.

I have never been a fan of billing companies doing customer service and have always felt it could best be handled by the actual sponsor. My reasoning is simply...if it is your company and your staff handling it you can better monitor how customers are handled and you can control how things are handled. Billing companies have their own rules and their main interest is not your company but their own.
