Customer service wasn't an issue in this situation and those of us who actually HANDLE customer service were never contacted by CHMOD. You and CHMOD are the only two that can't see that.
But it's OK - we all understand why YOU jumped on the bandwagon - you just wanted a few low swipes at Michael. Maybe ONE DAY someone in this business will take anything you say seriously.
