There is absolutely nothing to be worried about!

Semen can come out yellow. This usually occurs when someone has not ejaculated for a long period of time, and there is a large build up.
It will then usually be ejaculated with a small yellowy content.

It's normal for semen to turn yellowish if you go for several days between ejaculations. I don't know how often you ejaculate, but I'd suggest trying an experiment and doing it two or more times a day for the next day or two (unless you are already doing it at least that often) and see if that makes a difference. If it does, then it's just a matter of your frequency of ejaculation, and you don't have to worry about it. (And you can then just go back to whatever lesser frequency you currently prefer now).

However, if even after doing it two or more times a day it is still noticeably yellow, then consider other factors. Consider what your regular urine looks like. If that too is darker than normal, then first make sure you are getting enough water - at least 8 glasses a day. Drink more water for a day and see if that helps. If you are STILL experiencing yellowness and darkness...then consider mentioning it to your doctor. By the way, some medications can interfere with urine or semen color. So if you are on any medications, that could be responsible for this too.
