How tall are you though? I'm 6'4", and I see shorter guys that weigh less than me looking a lot fatter than I do. I've put on some chub around my gut over the past 2 years, but lately with some biking and extra walking it's slowly melting away...... or maybe I'm melting because of the heat, I don't know.
