Sharky, where in the world have you been hiding? I seem to remember you being a big basher a few years ago. Companies/websites who give rotten customer service deserve to be bashed. Sometimes, matters must be brought to the boards.
You saw how the sharks took over and made light of CHMOD's issues. I remember when SEGuru's site came under attack. The Guru came to the boards and diplomatically solved the problem. Mikey needs some lessons in diplomacy and humility.
