Well..well..well....as many of you know, I have had some problems trying to collect a small amount of money from RK3. It's been a month now since I fronted him a shitload of images and was told I'd have a check the next week. Well a month later....I still am waiting. He's made promises about checks being mailed and he's lied on each occasion.
Back on the 7th when I initially posted a warning to others of how RK3 does business, I also sent him an email at 2 different addresses that he uses - I wanted to make sure he recieved it! In this email, I told him that I was tired of being fucked around with... and then I went on to demand payment by money order or cashiers check. I told him that I would need that FedEx'd to my address and I needed to have it no later than Tuesday 11th (today). Well, he never returned my email and responded in any way. Today...I am expecting FedEx to knock on my door and instead I get an email that he has PayPal'd the money to me. Some of you have PayPal accounts and wouldn't find that a problem - I did. I didn't have a PayPal account...didn't need a PayPal account and to be frank - didn't want a PayPal account. If I was interested in being paid utilizing PayPal, I would have suggested this to R3K. I denied the payment and sent him yet another email...explaining why I denied his payment. It doesn't matter that PayPal is free, I don't need it! Why he is making this such a fucking difficult transaction...I simply can't imagine.

[email protected]). This thing is fixing to get very very ugly...not that I want it to, but R3K has left me no choice. I'm not even interested in the money anymore, it's a bigger issue now. Considering all the problems that he's caused me, all the time and effort that I've spent trying to collect this money from him and all the lies that he's told me, that $100 that he owes me would not come close to covering the headache that I now have.

[ALERT] - As I'm writing this, I get an email from R3K stating that he never received my previous emails - the ones that I sent to "two" different emails that he uses. Funny how he get's everybodies emails buy mine ;c)
He goes on to say that he has deleted all of my content and says..."forget it"! He says...."You are about to ruin your chance of working in the adult industry if you try to fuck with me. I suggest you cut your loss's and forget it"! R3K, am I fucking with you? Or, are you fucking with ME? Let's add up the details:
*I fronted you a shitload of images
*I made you a great fucking deal
*I allowed you to download the ZIPs
*I expected a check the next week
*I treated you professionally for as long as I could
What did you do:
*You downloaded the content:
*You told me on 3 occasions "the check is in the mail"
*You lied to me on all 3 occasions
*You've jacked me around for over a month on payment
*Now, you threaten me with ruining my career if I press on with this issue.
Now - I ask YOU! Who...is fucking with who here???
One thing good that has come out of this is that starting first of the year I will be working with a broker who will handle the sale and distribution of all of my content. I can't be wasting this much time and effort trying to collect money from people like R3K. All I want to do is shoot pretty girls and make a decent living. This chasing people for money is for the birds!
