mardigras, please don't ruin the thread by *making sense!*

Aren't customer service people supposed to be helpful and understanding? Aren't they the ones who should be helping you solve your problems when you contact them?

I had a long talk with a non-adult customer service person today. He actually got back to me immediately and answered my questions. I was so surprised that I thought it was GONZO, pretending to be an executive customer service manager.

Customer service is lacking all over the internet. Mikey should have kept his frigging mouth shut and treated the unhappy user with the old motto....THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, regardless of who is right or wrong. But you see, Mikey has a big over-inflated ego, and he had to prove that he was right and everyone else was wrong.

Humility is very lacking at purecash!
