This is very easily understadable and these things happens.
Now... If you would have had a good cutomer service and answered my first Email.. 3 days ago... This would not have gone public, and you would not look so stupid here.
The bottom line is that your customer service is bad, you are not very clever and all this is bad for this industry. Now please excuse me but I don't feel like repeating again and I will let you dig your hole alone...

HAHAHA what did you edit out?
The majority of the problems are due to your poor internet connection. This is probably the reason why the customer support e-mails did not work either - we havee checked and we got NONE from you this weekend. ( we did get 3 others that were handled promptly)
if you want to hold us responsible due to your poor connection, that is fine. We will take the blame.
