I'll throw my hat in the ring. We're not a traditional sponsor, but if you're in it for the long haul I think you'll dig what we do. We've got great customer service and insane retentions, and by allowing surfers to use parts of the site for free, we keep 'em coming back until they sign up (so you can make money on traffic days / weeks / months / years after sending it, rather than the usual all-or-nothing approach).
