I sent this thread to a friend that does :
ASP.net (VERY VERY good)
MySQL (very good too)
He knows unix / freebsd very well (could be a system admin) .
Can do C++, very good in VB .
Only thing missing is PHP but it's very similar to ASP so it would take him a month or two .
He's been to school unlike lots of other and have a lot of fulltime experience
