In Russia everyone has to decide what way he lives - the law way or the moral way , which is a bit fucked up honestly but that's how it is after soviet crap.
In this case Candid guy is wrong both ways:
1. It's illegal to brake TOS.
2. It's not moral to make money of traffic You consider offensive.
And I'd advise to solve it also any way which is preffered out of those two.
Either pay the man everything he earned till his account is terminated which is still NOT terminated and then terminate it. (let me remind that the whole case is about TORTURE traffic, not some fucking ARTIFICIAL hits). That will be the legal way to do it right.
Or ...noone has ever forbid anyone to make REFUNDS in this biz? Right?
Well dont pay the guy a dime but dont keep his money to Yourself - refund it to endusers and prove it which will be the moral way.
I guess that's how it is.
