I was sure this thread wouldn't die like this and it's up again. After reading the last posts I'll agree with Incognito concerning TOS and this is probably as a result of copy/pasting the TOS of someother sponsor. If someone goes back 2-3 pages of this thread he'll see my comment that I agree not to notify a webmaster about his illegal activity and I explained the reasons. Sponsors recall TOS when it comes to terminating accounts and denying payments. This is acceptable. But, you MUST state certain things on your TOS to do so and not take them out of your head. I have read the TOS of adult.com and I'm sure Lensman's people actually worked on it from zero base instead doing the common thing many of sponsors do: taking from others both TOS and privacy policy. If Incognito is right and you do not state the non notification of the webmaster, sorry but actually candidclicks you're the one that breaks your own TOS. For the ones that will be ready to say "so? big deal" i'll remind them that TOS is part of a mutual contract that both sponsor and webmasters have to follow.
