You know, this Dark dude and the other one with IQ equal to his nickname really made me interested in the whole case ( I was not almost interested before) so I finally read it all since the beginning.
So the whole next coming post from me is going to all honest and dishonest webmasters who read it.

When big guys get accused with cheating themselves know what they do?
They always insult the one who accuses them. Know why? It's easy. Because insults bring insults in responce and it always gets boring in the end of 5th page and their reputation doesnt get hurt then cause noone reads it.
It's an old trick and a cheap one.
Now I turned to page 1 and read it all from the beginning and You know what?

If they do - why the fuck do they brake it and after they break it have enough brains accusing someone else being a cheater?

If I send You traffic from an illegal site (from Your point of view by the way only, unless it is Child Porn You're no law enforcement to decide what's legal and what's not!!!) and You notice it You really by law have only 2 options unless Your terms give You a third option, read further - You'll understand what I mean.
You may stop payments and inform me.
You may NOT STOP payments and NOT INFORM ME, just like they did with Darkness , but there is NO FUCKING LEGAL WAY in that case You keep money generated by that traffic to Yourself.

You dont block account cause You're
"investigating" it - who the fuck are You then? The FBI ? The CIA ? The Interpol? No fuck - You're a lousy click program.
Yes You dont block the account if You submit it to a law enforcement party and in this case they either make legal charges and prosecutions ,investigations too and advise You not to block it or they tell You that You were wrong , the traffic was legal and You have to pay then.
But if You consider traffic ILLEGAL and dont block the account and save the money to yourselves - then sorry guys, but You're just making money of ILLEGAL TRAFFIC.
Ok so does this mean than anyone can send You ANY CRAP traffic and You got to pay for it unless You go to court each time?
Of course not.
If You consider that the site has ILLEGAL materials You have to block the account and notify the webmaster that he has broke Your agreement with him in which it was defined what traffic he can use or what traffic he cant use and he wont get payed.
In reality it has nothing to do with words "legal" or "illegal". Just like You dont accept Russians in Your program and just like You wont pay for certain traffic types.
It's just a broken AGREEMENT.
However terms of Candid say NOTHING about that You will not block the account violating Your terms and will continue to collect it's money as long they come.
I noticed that Candid guy kept mentioning that he got same rules and ways as famous ADULT.COM along with that other guy who's IQ is equall to his nickname.
But my friend Candid.
AmateurPages click program which I has just visited has the following words VISIBLE AND FUCKING CLEAR over there:
"We take RULES VIOLATIONS very seriously. Those that are found disregarding our simple rules will be terminated without notice or payment."
Where the key words are "TERMINATED WITHOUT NOTICE".

All this "investigation of the account" , "cheaters" , "illegal sites" is a bullship crap talk honestly worth of a 2 year old kid.
You kept the money generated from a nonhit bot traffic site YOU defined Yourself as illegal without any notification to the webmaster.
Since Your terms dont have a fucking word about notifications You simply broke Your own law - stole the guy's money (by Your terms really they are his because You didnt terminate his account , go read Your own terms again and kill the guy who wrote it even if it's a suicide
) and if his site is found by proper authorities as ILLEGAL - You have also broke the law twice by keeping the money from his account to Yourself and not notifying the law enforcement.
However I am wrong if You DID notify authorities about this account and THEY have advised You (2 monthes ago or when was it) to keep it open. I dont get why do You run around forums then and keep reading this 7 pages.
I'd say You didnt. I'd also say Your terms dont have (visible at least) even the word NOTIFICATION. I'd say by Your own terms - You are the cheater in this situation.
I do understand that You're copying in Your actions other people You simply respect but if You are copying something - do it with Your brains or keep Your tone fucking low when You adress to a person whom You didnt pay his money currently just because of the fact that he doesnt know things good enough and cant speak english good enough.
