Winter (RussianMaster) made great points for you to realize that you got some Russian kids in you program and they are cheating.. it would be same shit to having some American kids in your program and they will cheat you in the same way.. please don't tell me that you've never kicked some US asshole from you program..
None (yes 0) of the guys i know from Crutop board (Russianmaster gave a link) are trying to cheat someone.
