Hmm... Great idea, i didn't think about it before. This is very very possible. I believe Mr. Zigmund Freid was talking about such people, who afraid to be threatened because of their race (or other thing) and become the worst assholes who threat it.

But i guess Twelchikov-Ohuevshiy is too long name for such jerk. I guess it's more possible his name something like Ivan Petrovich Dvennadcatihueviy.
