We've been through this before. When you refer a webmaster, like you did, his account is auto created and he can send traffic immediately. How hard is that to understand?
We manually approved you because you were our first Russian webmaster into the program for this trial period. Before that we didn't allow russians on default. But after you we accepted all Russians referred by Lust. However, as you know it didn't turn out very good.
You are and will continue to be paid by us because you didn't violate any of our terms. None that we detected anyway, and we're quite good at detecting it.
I don't think it's very wise to call us a liar since you seem to fail to understand how our system even works. There is no manual approval process on default. Once someone signs up, their account is ready instantly.
Also your comments about not only Russian webmasters are saying that we are wrong are false. The only people who are saying we're wrong are your Russian friends and minority of webmasters who don't seem to understand how a webmaster affiliate program is run.
The big players that run their own webmaster prgrams like 12clicks agree with our anti cheater policies.
Lastly, if you analyze these thread you'll notice that more webmaster sided with us than with the complainers. It's just that the complainers bitch and whine over and over.
