I have witnessed Middle East royalty buy a recording studio here in LA, (i posted about this 2 years ago duering deal it was for 2 million dollars).... turn it upside down, have it go from a money making recording studio where Guns and Roses, KISS, Motley Crue, even Danzig recorded, and turn it into a slimy, dirty fucking middle east recording studio where no musicians want to go, and basically bought it so their fat Arab daughters could make horrible arab disco rap.
My buiddy was an engineer there for years. He engineered their daughter salbum as last project and quit.
Worked with eveyone from Glenn Danzig to george Thorogood, and guess what.
the Arabs came and bought it for their daughter, all my tatted up white friends quit.
