Atari 800XL attached to a little ass TV. I remember making an all text game with the old If 100=No then Goto 200 command. The game took you thru a cave and asked about 10 questions along the way. Depending on your choice of left or right at certain areas you may have met an Ogre and been killed. It took about 3 minutes to play and was about 8,000 lines cuz of all the stupid "if" possibilities.
I also was inspired to password protect it by the movie "War Games" The pass was Joshua after the guys son so mine was Jessica after my little sister
How's that for old school...???
