Enough for what? To avoid it?
Yes and no.
Yes if you want to put your US customers at risk by not being 2257 compliant. (Assuming you produce and/or sell your own content)
No if you care about your customers and not just yourself.
Many of a content provider's customers have to abide by 2257, thus I would recommend that you adhere to the rules they've laid out, because I suspect that many potential clients will not buy from a site that isn't compliant.
