Sorry about the issue.. extension 2 is billing help I believe and it is only answered during normal business hours. The voice prompts were accurate even though the site was not. The site has now been updated with instructions to listen to the prompts... again, really sorry about the confusion.. our staff DOES answer the support phone 24/7 (and if they don't they're fired)
