I know it works because I lost weight on it before my last baby, and it was FAT weight, not muscle weight. i felt better, slept better, was less stressed, and was more productive when I followed the plan. And it's free....you can find all the info you need online-you don't have to buy a book, buy any supplements, etc. I'm sure it would help, but you don't have to. The only thing is that it is more expensive than eating regularly. That's the only reason I haven't hopped myself back on it....I have four kids to feed on a very tight budget, lol, so I wind up eating the cheap food myself-rice, bread, etc., which of course is HORRIBLE for me as a main dietary source of nutrition.
But anyway, enough about me, lol.
Look online and you'll find some stunning changes in people who do the plan, and it really isn't very difficult.
