If you all want to get more detailed information I can write it down here of course but its not needed. Less you know more you happy .. But overall you need to know that sitting whole day front of your pc and making 1 hour crazy workout with such high BPM rates its not very healthy .. Especially if you eat alot of unhealthy shit ..

its been tested that you burn more with a more intense workout, obviously not sprinting but there has to be intensity. really wanna lose weight you can do what some of us did to drop weight classes, run at a good fairly high pace with a garbage bag for a shirt. if you want to run around all day of course you'll lose weight but some people have a life?
if you're working out etc and eat unhealthy you're an idiot anyways so it really doesn't matter what you do. thats the people who complain they don't lose weight while eating a bag of cheezies.
