i dont think "jogging" is necessarily a solution. my body adapts very quickly to any cardio i am doing unless i am pushing myself very hard and mixing it up and increasing the intensity.
the fact that you are asking porn webmasters advice for exercise suggests that you have not met too many porn webmasters !
