People tend to be more healthy and active when they move all the day.. Postmans is a great example ..
They move all day without intensity.
Moving without too much intensity its normal for human..

.. But overall you need to know that sitting whole day front of your pc and making 1 hour crazy workout with such high BPM rates its not very healthy .. Especially if you eat alot of unhealthy shit ..
