This is your problem . You train yourself too much ..
Your body must save as much calories as possible. You wont loose your fat that way very fast .. It will take you years ..
Try to workout easy .. Dont make you heart rate go over 135-140 for 2 weeks but keep work out for 1 hour .. And you will see great results .. Its very simple mechanism. If you take alot of enegry your body will start save it otherwise you will fall down..
If you take less energy your body wont panic and will let it go ..
