Anyway, not fat, but losing 10 pounds would be an improvement.

So three months ago I decided to lose some weight. I went from playing tennis once a week and jogging once a week to jogging three times a week and playing tennis twice (Also increased jogging distance from 5-6miles to 7-8 miles per day and speed). In addition, I started eating less in quantity and also less fat. I eat about 1,700 calories a day which consists of about 70% carbs, 20% protein and 10% fat.

Yet, for some bizzaar reason, three months later, sticking with this routine, I still weight 174 pounds. I don't think my body compesition has changed much (Maybe legs are a bit stronger, I make better jogging time now than I used to).

I enjoy it, so not planning on stopping, but shouldn't I be dropping some excess fat with this routine?!
start to lift weights and do cardio more during the week. maybe use an excercise bike 3 times a week as well at a decent speed/intensity.

drop calories down to 1500 by dropping carbs. protein levels are fairly low to begin with.
