First, I want to lose fat, not weight. Second, my body fat % is 20, which is about 6% too much.

My HR is in the 140-170 area and my jogging sessions last for 1-1.5 hours.
I have started jogging in the morning recently. I heard it's good for burning fat but in addition, it's a lot nicer. Air is cleaner, body is cleaner, not a lot of people...
