Thanks everyone, some good info here.
I do sport at least 4 days per week 2 hours after my last meal ..
I dont run but I bike or swim ..
For bike its not a problem at all .. For swiming is better to wait 3 hours but its all depends on what do you eat ..
When I plan some workout for evening I dont eat heavy meals ..
Swimming by the way does wonders ..
Its also great anti stress shit and you sleep like a baby .....
