Best advice is to train in the morning before eating - your boold sugar is low at this point and you will burn fat much quicker (take a black coffee pre-workout to enhance the effect).
Also, tennis and jogging may not burn fat if you don't get your heart rate high enough, you should try get your heart rate in the 125 - 155 bpm range and keep it there for at least 20 minutes. Running or cycling are generally best for this.
Caffine is usually considered a good fat burner so try a few cups throughout the day
