Dont eat after 19:00 ..
Do sport everyday but dont do it with full power.
For loosing fat you need to run longer and not faster ..
Same with bike and evey workout you do .. Do it longer but more easy then harder and faster .. When you stress yourself with hard workout your body panic and collect as much calories as possible after your first meal .. This way you wont loose or it will take you years ..
