Look the source code, find the .swf URL (it is http://www.joecartoon.com/cartoons/monkey.swf), copy it, go to a download manager like GetRight, paste the URL and download it

At this page you'll find just monkey.swf, so add it to http://www.joecartoon.com/cartoons/
