A good cutting diet is 40% Carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat.

1700 calories a day is way too little. Eat 2400 and do REGULAR (as in almost daily) weightlifting and cardio a few days a week as well.

Eat clean foods and avoid refined sugar whenever possible.

There is no healthy fast food.
