And make sure your monitor and keyboard are at the proper height. Elbows should be at 90degrees and knees should be too.

Also don't work for too long. I try to get up and stretch and do something other than sit at my desk every two hours.

I've been in physical therapy and I'm finding that core pilates exercises is really helping with my back pain. I'm stronger in that lower back area and it's helping keep the pain easier.
