Bush 208
Kerry 227
Toss-Up 103
Personally I've liked rasmussen's reports a lot........lots of state by state info............this is going to be a close election, but remember, Bush lost the over-all vote tally by 500,000 votes.........now project that to this present day, with the increase of the Hispanic population, which is solidly Kerry by a 60-40% margin, and Bush will lose the pop. vote by over 3 MILLION!
That is the most signifigant number of all.............as this will be spread out over key states and cost Bush electoral votes, of which Kerry needs to make up only 3 as the election was so close.
We need a higher turnout of women, hispanics, and blacks. I think Kerry's chances are very good.
