A person posting images on the net that did not produce those images, in theory is nothing more that a book store owner putting a adult magazine on a store shelf, the only difference is our store shelf is online.
As a TGP owner I am not selling the images, I am selling a membership, much in the same way a book store would sell a magazine by putting it on his book shelf.
I'm personally not to worried as I don't have very much content on my server it mostly just thumbnails.. Which if I have to I'll crop them as not to depict sexual activity. But even full nude could be considered artistic and not sexual.

Its fucked up but alot of this was our flault as a industry noone cared . Now they will care. The big fish are going to have to get together decide on a plan of legal action, they cant rollover on this time like the bulk of them did on the other thing. Its going to be time to step up to the plate.
