Why should a TGP owner which normally only hosts a sample thumb preview have to have the records of every model. If you look at video stores or book stores they are not held to the same letter of the law. They are expecting a simple webmaster to keep all these records but allowing book and video stores the green light to continue business as normal. They are simply singling out websites I think that could be considered discrimination.

Its not different from anyone else, if you were a photographer in print when you sold your pics you sold them with full model info this isnt new. Also adult book stores check ids at the door and dont stick hardcore nude pics in peoples email . ITs been the wild west unregulated and no one gave a shit.
