Everything else Asshat proposes usually gets shot down in the courts. Why not this? There has to be some grounds on which to do it. At the very least, maybe it can get tied up in the courts for a few years.

I have licensed thousands of images over the years. No way in fuck do I have enough time before August 24th to catalogue every fucking one of them.
