Think it's legal once? I can't tell you how many online "sexual offender " lists from Florida have girls 16 and 17 having sex with 21 and 22 year old guys, just for the guys to get nailed on other laws.
When they say a 16 year old can have sex, they mean a EMANCIPATED female of 16 years of age or older. You must be at least 16 to be married in Florida, so hence the legal age is 16 to have sex with your husband and NOT have ANY charges pressed by anyone.
Go fuck a 16 year old, then tell her parents you did it, and be 21 or 22. You'd be in jail by that night if they wanted it so.
