in some parts of the world (Saudi and Florida) I found simple baby oil to be effective at getting them to stay off my legs & arms....
I know it sounds strange but I swear it worked....not sure if it does now...
another one that a lot of people I know used effectively is Avon's Skin-so-Soft...
