That's really good advice. But my question would be..
Let's say you've got a teen thumb preview TGP you're trying to grow. And so you buy 100k of shitty non-filtered exit traffic and send it to a page to filter it.
After you've filtered out all the garbage traffic and you're left with the productive, english speaking, teen porn wanting traffic that you're after .. are you necessarily going to get more of it, cheaper than if you bought pre-filtered traffic which is guaranteed ?
If you buy 100k of random exit traffic for $150 .. and you only get 25k of the traffic you're after you effectively ended up spending $6 / 1k anyway.
It sounds awefully pesimistic to assume that 3/4 of the traffic would be garbage. But considering you're after very specific niche-targetted and langunage-specific traffic (and in many cases country-specific traffic) it might end up being over-optimistic to think you'd get 1/4 of what you're after out of a pool of random garbage.
And sure you can make some of your money back off of the left-overs. But if your primary concern is growing your TGP then was it worth it ? And would you have gotten more bang for your buck to buy pre-filtered traffic ?
