That's the truth! I think the airline industry has the WORST customer service in the world.

What's up with the VAST lack of comps? No one comps you anymore! I ate at a place and found plastic bristles, like from a pot scrubber or something, in my food, I couldn't eat it, and it was a pretty $$ place, like $50 a plate. They asked me if I wanted them to make me another and I said no way. They didn't even comp me MY meal that I didn't eat! WTF!
