2257 and Small Business Protection

According to the new regulations

"Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996 (SBREFA)

This rule is not a major rule as defined by section 251 of the
Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996. See 5 U.S.C. 804. This rule will not result in an annual effect on the
economy of $100,000,000 or more; a major increase in costs or prices; or significant adverse effects on competition, employment, investment, productivity, innovation, or on the ability of United States-based companies to compete with foreign-based companies in domestic and export markets."

The adult industry in the US has been estimated in the billions not millions. Second prices will rise significantly and productivity will certainly be affected. Thrid foreign based companies will have a distinct advantace.

Here is a brief explination of SBREFA

I personally thougth this was quite curious.

And yes Arron I have very good legal council If you wish I can provide photo documentation of his proof of age and every url in which i have used his image. So dont flame me
