Even the band members laugh at how stupid they were back then and how heartless the music was. Watch VH1's behing the music with some of those bands lol. The reason it sold so much back then is the same reason Jay-Z sells so much now, because it makes little teen white girls panties wet. Album sales do not equal artistic ability.
